The following Refund Policy is only applicable to our online store www.PrimosClothingShop.com, and is not a reflection of our in-store return policy. Please feel welcome to contact us with any questions regarding our in-store Return Policy at Primosclothingshop@gmail.com.
Here at Primo's Clothing Shop, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you purchased an item from primosclothingshop.com that doesn’t meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a refund to your original form of payment. Items may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date and must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.
Please note: We do not offer refunds on original or return shipping costs.
To start a return, Please contact us at primosclothingshop@gmail.com and request a return. If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We carefully inspect all returned items, and we reserve the right to deny or partially refund based on the condition of the returned product. We kindly ask that you exercise caution when trying on merchandise from Primo's Clothing Shop. Items returned with stains or other damage that renders them unsalable will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
